Jean-Jaques has more than 15 years of experience in operational risk management. He has worked as a risk manager in several major international private banks in Geneva, Switzerland. Passionate about risk management, Jean-Jaques is the co-founder of the non-profit association OPRISKO (Operational Risk Observatory) which brings together experts from the professional and academic worlds.
He acts as an expert in conferences and continuing education programs. He is currently a PhD student at the University of Geneva in the field of risk management of critical infrastructures and more particularly the impacts of a communication network interruption on banks. He has published numerous conference papers dealing with crisis management but also studies dealing with risk aspects related to cybersecurity, outsourcing, and sustainable development. He is always keen to learn and apply newly acquired knowledge.
