Chapelle partnered with the certifying organisation body PECB to create the first professional certification in operational risk management for the financial industry, to help risk managers and aspiring risk managers being as successful as they can be in their roles and careers.
On September 29th, we hosted an information webinar to introduce the programme, presenting the course content, certification levels requirements and exam logistics. After the presentation by Ariane Chapelle and Elsa Hyseni from PECB in the first half of the session, participants were given a chance to ask numerous questions in the Q&A.
